Tri-Vortex disc : recommendations for personal use

  • For general effect, wear the disc around your neck on a chain or chord. (Many women prefer to place the disc in their bra.) The disk can be removed when pain or discomfort has eased or it can be worn permanently for increased health and vitality. The disk also offers protection from cell phones, computer radiation, electro-smog and chemical pollution.
  • For more specific relief, place the disc as close to the problem area as possible – eg foot, knee, hip, hand, elbow, back, stomach, shoulder, neck etc. You can hold it in place with strapping or tape such as Transpore/Micropore
  • Treat your drinking water by placing the disc directly under your glass or container for approx 3 minutes – some people place a disc permanently in their water dispenser. This treated water is much easier for the body to absorb and therefore aids proper hydration. (Dehydration has been said to account for 70 % of chronic health problems!)
